What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Process of development of methodical information technology specifications, models and guidelines, using a variety of Information Technology notations. Estimating, architecting, implementing, testing, assessing and selling Technology Architectures, including but not limited to all the ADM Technology Architecture work-stream activities and deliverables, covering the required blueprint & roadmap, analysis, design, build, test and deploy phases.
What are we looking for? • Technical & Functional Experience in building/solutioning/integrating products. • Own and drive the end-to-end supply chain operations strategy aligned with business growth, cost, resilience, and service objectives. • Define and execute the supply chain digital roadmap, including ERP modernization, planning platforms, analytics, and automation. • Drive operational KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, service levels, cost-to-serve, and working capital. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and best-practice frameworks. • SME for supply chain platforms in ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle SCM, Dynamics); Advanced Planning (SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder; WMS / TMS and execution systems. • Lead large-scale transformation programs including ERP migrations and supply chain re-architecture, Advanced analytics, AI/ML use cases in forecasting and optimization. • Manage global system integrators, SaaS providers, and technology vendors. • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing techno-functional supply chain teams. • Solid Functional Experience– any one of the areas under domains and should have worked in major part of the career in any/all of the areas. • Evaluate the market, including new market opportunities, operating models, and technologies, and the emerging needs of customers for the product/Cluster of products • Own the roadmap for chosen categories of the Product and aligns it to the overall strategy and keeps it updated as per the need to the hour. • Is familiar with the Technical/Functional areas in overall technology/domain and product strategy and aligns/positions the product in line with the overall common goal of growth. • Work with other Product Managers and Technical/Functional Product owners to remove overlap and duplication of Functionality and Features across the organization. • Work Closely with Technical Architects and Technical teams for building In-house Tools and Solutions using relevant party tools/products. • Coordinate with external vendor/suppliers to influence their roadmaps in accordance with own product roadmaps and align releases of features in accordance with their releases. • Develop pricing models to support each product, with all the supporting tools and templates and facts to support the appropriateness of the pricing
Roles and Responsibilities: •This role requires proactive identification, definition and solving of complex problems that have impact on the direction of the business or work effort, where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of Accenture • It requires development and execution of strategy to achieve key business objectives in area of responsibility • Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiation or influencing on critical matters • Individual should have wide latitude in decision making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments • Decisions have a major and lasting impact on areas outside of own responsibility • Individual manages large complex teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
