What are we looking for? • 18-28 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, Finance Transformation, or Consulting roles. Demonstrated hands-on expertise in PTP and/or RTR process cycles. Proven success in finance transformation or large ERP-enabled change programs • Formal accounting education (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred). Strong foundation in financial close and reporting, accounting policies and controls, and audit and compliance considerations • Automation & Agentic Exposure • Experience in designing or deploying RPA and intelligent automation in finance, analytics-driven finance use cases, and GenAI or agent-based finance solutions, such as automated reconciliations, variance analysis, and close monitoring. Ability to explain how agentic capabilities transform finance roles, controls, and operating models • Finance process transformation and operating model design • Accounting and controllership expertise • Automation & Agentic first solution Mindset • Stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation • Data driven decision making • Team leadership and mentoring
Roles and Responsibilities: • Finance Transformation & Process Excellence: Lead the design and execution of finance transformation programs, focusing on PTP, RTR, and Controllership processes. Translate accounting and statutory requirements, including IFRS and Local GAAP, into standardized and scalable process designs. Drive the adoption of fit-to-standard approaches in ERP-led transformations, such as SAP S/4HANA, while minimizing non-value-adding customization. Conduct process maturity assessments, diagnose pain points, and identify value opportunities to develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps • Accounting & Controllership Expertise: Apply strong accounting judgment across various areas, including journals and reconciliations, period close and reporting, intercompany accounting, and balance sheet substantiation. Collaborate with client finance leadership to enhance close quality, reduce cycle time, and improve audit readiness. Support the design of control frameworks that align with automated and semi-autonomous finance processes • Automation, Hyper-Automation & Agentic Solutions: Identify, prioritize, and lead the deployment of intelligent automation, such as RPA, workflow, and analytics solutions. Champion GenAI-enabled finance use cases and agent-led finance solutions, including autonomous close monitoring, exception handling, and reconciliation agents. Work closely with technology teams to integrate automation into end-to-end processes, ensuring solutions are control-compliant, scalable, and sustainable within the operating model. • Solution Design & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a bridge between Finance, IT, and Automation teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery. Facilitate client workshops to define future-state finance operating models, agree on tool boundaries (ERP vs SaaS vs automation), and prioritize value-driven use cases. Communicate transformation progress and outcomes clearly to senior client stakeholders • Delivery Leadership & Governance: Take ownership of transformation workstreams, managing scope, timelines, and benefits realization. Provide guidance to junior team members and subject matter experts across process, accounting, and automation topics. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation agendas within Finance Transformation programs
