What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Looking for a Program, Project and Service Delivery Lead with excellent understanding around SDLC, ASIS - TOBE analysis, understanding around SAP concepts, functions, tables, integration, mapping and interfaces along with good accounting concepts, technical system and effective business analysis. Good to have someone with HPQC/HPALM and testing understanding of SAP Project testing (10-12 Years of prior work experience, out of which 5-6 year in SDLC/Large Transformation Support for BFSI clients. Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits that builds deeper client relationships. Includes monitoring existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.

Roles and Responsibilities: •SDLC Management: E2E/Phased management of Process Mapping, Requirement Gathering, BRDs/FRDs/TSDs, System Design, Interfaces & Integration Management, Implementation, Testing, Go-live, and Hyper-Care Support •Data Management (Functional Understanding of MDM, MDG, Data Mapping, Data Normalization, Data integration, ETL and Business Intelligence) •SAP-FI Background is a must with excellent understanding around SAP configuration concepts, backend tables, interface management, IDOCS and integration points. •Contributed immensely as a consultant by determining gaps & implementing new operations & processes; build and practical solutions to drive changes •Partner with key business stakeholders and multi-departments to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing program of transformation. •Coordinate functional managers and technical resources for the flawless execution of projects •Report and escalate to management as needed •Create and maintain comprehensive project and training documentation. • Good understanding on HPQC/HPALM and testing understanding of SAP Project testing including test case creation with a close coordination of business and testing teams •Excellent understanding around MS Office pack. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with technical writing skills to deal with technical and non-technical audience. •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. •Complex multi-systems technical reconciliation. •Good Accounting Understanding •Analyze and Resolve data integrity issues •Attention to detail along with key focus on area on improvements and developing plans to execute the same. •Prior experience in handling insurance business (Life or General) would be a plus •Prior experience in supporting SAP roll on Projects would be a plus •Prior experience in supporting FPSL/FSCD would be a plus
