• Sujuva suomen ja englannin kielen taito
• Vahva hands-on-osaaminen ServiceNow-kehityksestä (esim. Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, integraatiot)
• Kokemusta ketteristä toimintamalleista (Scrum, SAFe)
• Kyky toimia sekä itsenäisenä kehittäjänä että kansainvälisten kehitystiimien seniorina tukena
• Kokemusta vaatimusten määrittelystä ja yhteistyöstä liiketoiminnan sekä teknisten sidosryhmien kanssa
• Hyvä ymmärrys ServiceNow OOTB-ratkaisuista ja niiden hyödyntämisestä
• ServiceNow CSA -sertifikaatti

• Pidät kehitystiimin fokuksen oikeissa prioriteeteissa ja poistat etenemisen esteitä.
• Hallitset useita rinnakkaisia kehitysaloitteita sekä sprinttityöskentelyä.
• Kehität aktiivisesti kehityksen laatua, tehokkuutta ja ennakoitavuutta.
• Toimit sujuvasti kansainvälisissä kehitystiimeissä ja asiakasympäristöissä.
• Nautit yhteistyöstä ja muiden kehittäjien sparraamisesta.
