The analyst ensures orders progress smoothly through their full lifecycle—from initiation to completion—while maintaining high documentation quality, strict accuracy, and strong coordination with carriers, internal teams, and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Ordering & Provisioning

Order Tracking & Implementation Management

  • Track carrier progress for installs, disconnects, adds, changes, and long‑lead network services

  • Validate milestone accuracy, identify incorrect or delayed updates, and perform remediation to maintain data integrity

  • Oversee cradle‑to‑grave implementation activities, ensuring deliverables are completed within aggressive timelines

Quality Assurance & Risk Escalation

  • Perform quality checks on order details, dates, and technical documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy

  • Escalate missed milestones, stalled activities, or testing failures (e.g., ping tests) to carriers and internal teams for timely resolution

  • Support capacity implementations for corporate offices and data centers worldwide, ensuring readiness for activation

Cross‑Functional & Vendor Coordination

  • Lead or participate in discussions with carriers, partners, and internal organizations (Engineering, Deployment, PM teams)

  • Provide status updates, clarify requirements, and drive timely completion of provisioning tasks

  • Document all activities and updates in designated status‑tracking and ticketing systems

Documentation & Database Accuracy

  • Maintain accurate records of all provisioning work in internal tracking tools

  • Ensure full alignment of documentation across systems (orders, milestones, testing notes, approvals, capacity records)

  • Support Senior PMs by keeping all provisioning‑related artifacts current and audit‑ready

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience ordering or implementing voice services (e.g., POTS, TFNs, DIDs)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working in a telecommunications, network provisioning, or service delivery environment
  • Experience with a telecom carrier or connectivity provider
  • Fluency in Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, including spreadsheets and presentations
  • Basic understanding of cabling and fiber infrastructure (patch panels, cross‑connects, fiber types)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to work professionally with customers and carriers
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational, documentation, and time‑management skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, documentation platforms)
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and adapt to changing priorities or processes
  • Familiarity with provisioning workflows used by global carriers
  • Experience supporting multi‑region provisioning activities (NA, LATAM, APAC, EMEA)
  • Knowledge of network service lifecycle processes or related project‑tracking systems
