Entrando in Accenture Supply Chain & Engineering lavorerai al cuore della value chain - dal sourcing e procurement, all'engineering e R&D, dalla manifattura e operations, ai capital projects - per aiutare le aziende a reinventare l'intera catena del valore, alimentata da dati, AI e tecnologie di nuova generazione.
In particolare, nell’area Data & AI accompagnerai i clienti nell’applicazione dell’Intelligenza Artificiale ai processi di Engineering e Product Development, contribuendo alla trasformazione delle attività di progettazione, simulazione, gestione della documentazione tecnica e sviluppo prodotto attraverso dati, automazione e tecnologie avanzate.
Cerchiamo una figura di Consultant con esperienza in Engineering, R&D, PLM o Digital Engineering, interessata a supportare programmi di innovazione e trasformazione basati su dati e Intelligenza Artificiale.
Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive
Supportare l’identificazione e la definizione di casi d’uso AI applicati ai processi di Engineering, R&D e Product Development
Tradurre esigenze di business e requisiti tecnici in iniziative basate su AI, analytics e automazione
Contribuire alla strutturazione e gestione della conoscenza tecnica a supporto di processi di progettazione, simulazione e sviluppo prodotto
Collaborare all’implementazione di soluzioni AI applicate a documentazione tecnica, digital engineering, simulazione e digital twin
Supportare la definizione di regole, controlli e linee guida per l’utilizzo dell’AI in contesti engineering
Lavorare con stakeholder di business, engineering, data e technology per favorire l’adozione di soluzioni innovative e scalabili

La retribuzione prevista in Accenture viene definita sulla base di molteplici elementi di valutazione, tra cui - ad esempio - il ruolo ricoperto, il livello di seniority, il grado di responsabilità, le competenze professionali e l’esperienza maturata. Per la presente posizione, è previsto un livello di inquadramento B3 nel CCNL Metalmeccanico.
La fascia di retribuzione annua lorda prevista è compresa tra € 36.906 e € 65.800.

Le tue caratteristiche
Circa 3-5 anni di esperienza in Engineering, R&D, Product Development, PLM o Digital Engineering
Conoscenza dei processi di sviluppo prodotto, progettazione e gestione della documentazione tecnica
Interesse o esperienza nell’applicazione di dati, analytics e Intelligenza Artificiale ai processi engineering
Familiarità con ambienti CAD, CAE, PLM o strumenti utilizzati nei processi di progettazione e simulazione
Capacità di tradurre esigenze di business e requisiti tecnici in soluzioni funzionali e digitali
Nice to have
Esperienza con piattaforme PLM come Windchill, Teamcenter o soluzioni equivalenti
Conoscenza di processi di simulazione, digital twin o model-based engineering
Familiarità con Generative AI, Natural Language Processing o document intelligence applicati all’ingegneria
Esperienza in programmi di trasformazione digitale in ambito R&D o Product Development
Conoscenza dei principali processi di industrializzazione e sviluppo prodotto
