This senior leadership role combines strategic planning, digital marketing expertise, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership to scale demand generation efforts. The role requires building a high-performing marketing function, optimizing the learner acquisition funnel, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize business impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the national performance marketing strategy for programs, aligned with business objectives, enrollment goals, and revenue targets Own end-to-end digital acquisition efforts, including paid media, lead generation, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and marketing performance management Drive qualified lead generation and maximize enrollment conversions through data-driven marketing initiatives Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, display networks, affiliates, and other digital platforms Lead, mentor, and guide a high-performing performance marketing team, including campaign managers, analysts, and agency partners Collaborate with Sales, Program, Product, and Content teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and learner engagement Analyze campaign performance, market trends, competitor activities, and learner behavior to continuously optimize acquisition strategies Ensure marketing excellence through robust analytics, attribution models, budget optimization, forecasting, and reporting for senior leadership Drive process improvements, marketing automation initiatives, standard operating procedures, and best practices within the performance marketing function Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications Graduate with 15+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within higher education, EdTech, or B2C learning programs (MBA preferred) Prior experience in the EdTech industry required Proven track record of scaling digital acquisition, optimizing marketing spend, and driving significant enrollment growth Strong expertise in paid media, marketing analytics, attribution, and conversion optimization Experience managing large marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, web analytics platforms, and marketing technology ecosystems About Us Backed by a $1 billion investment over three years, Accenture launched its LearnVantage business in March 2024, providing comprehensive learning and training services to help organizations reskill and upskill their people and achieve greater business results in the AI economy.
