Ottimizzerai fabbriche e operations rendendole più connesse, efficienti e resilienti, grazie all'utilizzo di dati, AI e sistemi intelligenti capaci di agire nel mondo fisico.
Cerchiamo una persona con esperienza in ambito Asset Management, Maintenance & Operations, Asset Performance Management, Workforce Management o Field Service, da inserire come Consultant in percorsi di consulenza strategica, funzionale e tecnologica.
Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive
Supportare o guidare programmi di trasformazione in ambito Enterprise Asset Management, Asset Performance Management, Workforce Management, Field Service e Operations & Maintenance
Analizzare processi, modelli operativi, organizzazione, dati e sistemi a supporto dell'intero ciclo di vita degli asset
Contribuire alla definizione di assessment, roadmap, business case, target operating model e KPI di performance
Supportare iniziative di selezione, implementazione e integrazione di soluzioni EAM, APM, WFM e Field Service
Collaborare con team multidisciplinari e stakeholder di business, IT, engineering e operations in contesti asset-intensive
Per i profili più senior, coordinare stream progettuali e team di lavoro contribuendo allo sviluppo dell'offerta e alla crescita delle competenze del team
La retribuzione prevista in Accenture viene definita sulla base di molteplici elementi di valutazione, tra cui - ad esempio - il ruolo ricoperto, il livello di seniority, il grado di responsabilità, le competenze professionali e l’esperienza maturata. Per la presente posizione, è previsto un livello di inquadramento B3 nel CCNL Metalmeccanico.
La fascia di retribuzione annua lorda prevista è compresa tra € 36.906,87 e € 50.500.

Le tue caratteristiche
Circa 3-5 anni di esperienza in società di consulenza, system integration o aziende asset-intensive
Esperienza su tematiche di Operations & Maintenance, Enterprise Asset Management, IT/OT o digital transformation
Conoscenza dei principali processi di asset lifecycle management, maintenance management, field operations, planning & scheduling e service management
Capacità di tradurre esigenze di business in requisiti funzionali e tecnologici e collaborare con stakeholder business e IT
Interesse verso dati, AI, IoT e tecnologie digitali applicate alle operations
