Inside Sales Management Senior Analyst - Agency PM
Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.
Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing Advertising Sales team, onboarding new sellers, cultivating essential sales competencies, and fueling individual development through consistent coaching and mentorship.
Accelerate team and seller performance by setting clear KPI targets, driving accountability, and establishing structured group and one-on-one meetings to achieve ambitious monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Monitor, analyze, and report on revenue performance at the individual and team level, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities, address gaps, and optimize sales tactics for sustained revenue acceleration.
Implement advanced sales and messaging strategies by developing tailored coaching and performance plans for each team member. Deploy sales enablement initiatives and standardize best practices to reinforce team capability and success.
Ensure operational rigor through consistent use of CRM systems, accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and adherence to compliance standards.
Provide actionable insights to leadership by sharing market feedback, uncovering customer trends, and sharing competitive intelligence to continuously refine and inform sales strategies.
Champion workflow improvements and process automation, driving operational efficiency and scaling team productivity to maximize business impact.
Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience working in sales, marketing and/or account management

Minimum of 1 year of experience in leadership
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with data and analytics tools such as Tableau to track revenue movement, opportunities, and risks

Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage leads, pipeline, and track sales activities efficiently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated adaptability and multitasking ability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to challenges.

Strong analytical abilities focused on data-driven decision making.

Proficient with Office and G-Suite collaboration tools for seamless day-to-day operations.

Bachelor’s degree.

Bilingual or multilingual proficiency
This is a hybrid role.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
