IT Support Engineer / UEM / Infrastructure Operations
Es imprescindible residir en España y tener permiso laboral en España.
- Operación y mantenimiento de plataformas de Unified Endpoint Management (Intune, SCCM/MECM o equivalentes), incluyendo despliegue de políticas, parches y software en entornos corporativos.
- Gestión de eventos e incidencias en infraestructura IT mediante herramientas de monitorización, asegurando el cumplimiento de SLAs y resolución dentro de tiempos establecidos.
- Implementación de integraciones entre sistemas de gestión de dispositivos y otras plataformas corporativas (ITSM, identity, seguridad).
- Identificación e implementación de mejoras en procesos operativos y automatización mediante scripting (PowerShell u otras herramientas).
- Gestionar la infraestructura UEM asegurando disponibilidad, seguridad y cumplimiento de estándares corporativos.
- Liderar la resolución de incidentes técnicos complejos incluyendo análisis de causa raíz (RCA) y planes de remediación.
- Coordinar con equipos de soporte, seguridad y arquitectura la evolución de servicios de endpoint management.
- Definir e implementar mejoras en la entrega de servicios, optimizando rendimiento, costes y experiencia de usuario.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en Data Management and Integration.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en operaciones de infraestructura IT (IT Infrastructure Operations).
- Nivel de inglés y español avanzado.
- Titulación de grado medio o superior o titulación universitaria en informática, telecomunicaciones o áreas afines.
- Experiencia en Infrastructure Event Management (años no especificados).
- Experiencia en Issue Management (años no especificados).
- Experiencia en entornos de gestión de endpoints (UEM) con herramientas como Intune, SCCM o similares.
- Habilidades de resolución de problemas en entornos técnicos complejos (nivel intermedio).
- Habilidades de comunicación en entornos internacionales (nivel intermedio).
