Order to Cash Junior Analyst with Italian (Agile Team)

THE WORK
As an Order to Cash Junior Analyst with Italian in the Agile Team, you will support a dedicated client within the Order to Cash (O2C) process. While your primary focus will be one project, you may have the opportunity to provide temporary support to related projects when business needs require additional assistance. This approach helps ensure operational continuity and offers valuable exposure to different teams and processes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Customer Communication & Relationship Management
Communicate with Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Provide updates regarding orders, payments, invoices, credit limits, and account status.
Escalate complex issues when required.
Order Management
Process and maintain customer orders in internal systems.
Support order amendments, validations, rejections, and blocked orders.
Ensure accurate and timely order processing.
Collections & Accounts Receivable
Monitor outstanding invoices and payment status.
Follow up on overdue payments in line with company procedures.
Support customers with payment-related inquiries and account reconciliations.
Dispute Management
Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and order-related disputes.
Cooperate with internal stakeholders to identify solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation
Generate account statements and invoice copies.
Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Support reporting activities and provide regular updates on customer accounts.
WORK ARRANGEMENT
Work with clients across Western Europe
Hybrid model (flexible)
Standard hours (flexible 8h shift between 8:00–18:00, Mon–Fri)
Office Location: Proximo II - Warsaw or Olivia - Gdansk
WHAT YOULL NEED
Italian language proficiency (minimum B2+).
Good command of English (minimum B2).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in customer service, finance, administration, or shared services is an advantage but not required.
