Consultor/a de Workplace Transformation - M365 & Modern Workplace

Formarás parte de un equipo multidisciplinar que trabaja en proyectos de alto impacto, combinando visión estratégica y excelencia técnica en entornos nacionales e internacionales.
Buscamos incorporar un/a Consultor/a de Workplace Transformation para participar en proyectos de modernización del entorno digital en clientes de referencia. Te integrarás en un equipo con amplia experiencia en Modern Workplace, con exposición a proyectos complejos y de gran escala, contribuyendo activamente a la transformación digital de organizaciones con estándares exigentes, tanto en el sector privado como en el ámbito público.
Es imprescindible residir en España y tener permiso laboral en España.
Funciones
Diseño y despliegue de soluciones de Modern Workplace basadas en Microsoft 365, alineadas con las necesidades del negocio del cliente.
Participación en proyectos de migración de entornos on‑premises a cloud de Microsoft, incluyendo planificación, ejecución y soporte a la adopción.
Implementación y configuración de servicios de colaboración y productividad como Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive y Microsoft Teams.
Colaboración con equipos técnicos y funcionales en entornos internacionales, aportando visión consultiva y soporte técnico especializado.
Responsabilidades
Gestionar y configurar identidades y accesos mediante Entra ID (Azure AD), incluyendo políticas de seguridad y control de acceso.
Administración y gestión de dispositivos con herramientas Microsoft.
Participar en la definición de arquitecturas de Workplace Moderno, asegurando buenas prácticas de seguridad, gobernanza y cumplimiento.
Elaborar y mantener documentación técnica en inglés y español, así como participar en sesiones de coordinación con clientes y equipos globales.
Apoyar la adopción de las soluciones implantadas, acompañando al cliente en la gestión del cambio tecnológico.
Requisitos
Experiencia práctica en el ecosistema Microsoft 365 y Modern Workplace.
Conocimientos en gestión de dispositivos, identidades y servicios cloud de Microsoft.
Experiencia previa en proyectos de migración de entornos on‑premises a Microsoft Cloud, utilizando herramientas de migración.
Nivel de inglés B1–B2 para comunicación y documentación técnica en entornos internacionales.
Se valorará disponibilidad para viajar, experiencia en sector público o defensa y certificaciones oficiales de Microsoft (M365, Modern Workplace, Security o similares).
