Sobre a função
É uma posição voltada para desenvolvimento técnico, aprendizado contínuo e atuação guiada por processos, com acompanhamento de profissionais mais experientes, exigindo atenção aos detalhes, organização e postura proativa frente a eventos e falhas.
Responsabilidades
- Apoiar a gestão de incidentes de rede, contribuindo para a continuidade, qualidade e confiabilidade dos serviços.
- Realizar atividades de troubleshooting inicial e tratamento de falhas, seguindo procedimentos e orientações técnicas estabelecidas.
- Auxiliar na gestão de configurações e na manutenção da estabilidade dos ambientes de rede.
- Monitorar indicadores de Qualidade de Serviço (QoS) e Qualidade de Experiência (QoE), sinalizando anomalias de forma proativa.
- Apoiar análises de impacto e resposta a alarmes e eventos não planejados, conforme processos definidos.
- Correlacionar alarmes, registrar, acompanhar e atualizar tickets de incidentes, garantindo correta documentação e comunicação.
- Apoiar o acompanhamento de SLAs e KPIs, contribuindo para ações de melhoria contínua.
- Atuar de forma colaborativa com equipes técnicas e operacionais, mantendo alinhamento e boa comunicação no dia a dia.
Requisitos
- Proficiência intermediária em Monitoramento de Infraestrutura.
- Conhecimento básico em Operações de Roteamento e Switching Cisco.
- Graduação concluída ou em andamento em Tecnologia, Telecomunicações, Redes ou áreas correlatas.
- Perfil analítico, organizado, com boa capacidade de comunicação e interesse em desenvolvimento técnico contínuo.
Diferenciais (Bonus Points)
- Conhecimento básico em Operações de Infraestrutura de TI.
- Proficiência intermediária em Análise de Performance de Rede.
- Conhecimento básico em Técnicas de Gestão de Falhas (Fault Management).
- Proficiência intermediária em Sistemas de Telecomunicações.
- Conhecimento básico em Processos de Gestão de Mudanças.
- Experiência prévia (estágio ou posição inicial) em operação de redes ou gestão de incidentes.
