• Amplia experiencia en arquitectura y desarrollo sobre AEM Sites
• Experiencia sólida en AEM Assets (DAM) a nivel arquitectónico
• Dominio de content fragments, contenido estructurado y reutilización de contenidos
• Experiencia en definición de taxonomías, metadatos y estrategias DAM enterprise
• Conocimiento profundo de patrones headless, APIs y arquitecturas de entrega de contenido
• Experiencia diseñando workflows, permisos y modelos de autoría complejos
• Capacidad para definir estándares y asegurar la gobernanza de contenidos en organizaciones grandes
• Experiencia liderando decisiones técnicas y acompañando a equipos de desarrollo
• Capacidad de interlocución con perfiles técnicos y de negocio
• Nivel alto/profesional de inglés

Valorable

• Experiencia avanzada con Dynamic Media
• Experiencia liderando integraciones con la Adobe Experience Platform y productos MarTech de Adobe
• Experiencia en entornos multi-mercado, multi-marca o internacionalizados
• Experiencia en sectores regulados o con alta complejidad en aprobaciones y compliance
• Experiencia previa como Tech Lead o Solution Architect en plataformas CMS o MarTech
