Operations es una unidad de negocio que se encarga de prestar servicios de outsourcing tanto para clientes internos como para externos.
Buscamos un/a Recruiter con al menos 5 años de experiencia, que sea referente del proceso de selección junto a uno de nuestros principales clientes. La persona será responsable de liderar múltiples búsquedas en simultáneo, con fuerte foco en hunting activo, fit cultural y relación con el cliente.
- Gestión integral del proceso de recruiting.
- Hunting activo de candidatos/as, con foco fuerte en LinkedIn y búsquedas directas de talento.
- Uso y gestión de ATS, seguimiento de procesos y mantenimiento de pipeline actualizado.
- Organización y priorización de demandas según impacto y necesidades del cliente.
- Definición e implementación de estrategias de atracción de talento, anticipándose a posibles bloqueos del mercado.
- Trabajo colaborativo con otros recruiters y relación directa con stakeholders del negocio.
📌 Lo Que Te Hará Exitoso:
- Formación en RRHH o carreras afines.
- +5 años de experiencia en recruitment end to end de perfiles generalistas, en entornos de alto volumen y con múltiples stakeholders.
- Dominio de LinkedIn Recruiter (búsquedas booleanas) y ATS para gestión de procesos.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado (conversacional).
- Perfil dinámico, estratégico y resolutivo, con fuerte orientación al cliente.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario México, de 11 a 20 hs (excluyente).
