Key Essentials:

Drive successful delivery of programs and projects that create measurable value for customers and the business.

Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and delivery timelines, balancing technical feasibility and resource constraints.

Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to translate product vision into executable plans.

Coordinate work across multiple teams and disciplines to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.

Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early, and proactively drive mitigation plans.

Track execution progress and ensure commitments are met across all phases of delivery.

Facilitate clear communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Support decision‑making by providing data‑driven insights, trade‑off analysis, and recommendations.

Collect and consolidate monthly and quarterly program updates, inputs, and status reports.

Manage program‑level concerns, escalations, and cross‑team issues.

Coordinate delivery of new or updated materials, including collaboration with external vendors where applicable.

Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with long‑term strategic objectives.

Support planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement of processes and delivery practices.
Basic Qualifications:
Language(s) Required: English and German- minimum level C1 required.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or lead generation
1+ years of experience in generating comprehensive reports, conducting in-depth analytics, and utilizing various business intelligence systems to monitor progress and ensure successful delivery of projects, with a emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
1 year of experience in leading direct sales enablement initiatives, with a deep understanding of the sales enablement process and the ability to build effective learning and adoption strategies to support sales teams in achieving their targets.
General awareness of current IT trends, including AI, cybersecurity, and modern IT infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Fluency with data analytic tools (Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau) and experience using CRM systems and prospecting tools
Knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem is a plus
Proven ability to own and deliver end-to-end strategy, and communicate results to leadership
Skilled in using data and metrics to drive improvements
Effective level written and verbal communication skills
