Responsabilidades
- Projetar, desenvolver e manter soluções robustas de automação utilizando AWX / Ansible, com foco em padronização, reuso, governança e escalabilidade.
- Atuar com perfil de desenvolvedor(a), criando scripts, serviços e aplicações de apoio à automação utilizando Python e JavaScript.
- Desenvolver e manter integrações via APIs, serviços internos e componentes reutilizáveis para suportar fluxos automatizados.
- Participar ativamente do desenho de arquiteturas técnicas, propondo soluções resilientes, escaláveis e orientadas à automação.
- Trabalhar de forma transversal com times de Infraestrutura, Aplicações e Arquitetura, garantindo alinhamento técnico e operacional.
- Integrar automações com soluções de Observabilidade, assegurando métricas, logs, rastreabilidade, alertas e visibilidade ponta a ponta.
- Atuar de forma proativa na identificação de oportunidades de automação, melhoria contínua, redução de esforço manual e mitigação de falhas.
- Garantir controle e gestão das atividades, acompanhando demandas, prazos, priorizações e entregas.
- Atuar com senso de urgência em demandas críticas, incidentes e cenários de alta disponibilidade.
Requisitos
- Experiência sólida com AWX / Ansible, incluindo playbooks, roles, inventários, workflows e RBAC.
- Forte perfil de desenvolvimento, com experiência prática em:
- Python (automação, scripts, APIs e backend).
- JavaScript (integrações, lógica de aplicações, automações e ferramentas internas).
- Conhecimento em boas práticas de desenvolvimento, como versionamento de código, modularização e reutilização.
- Experiência com Observabilidade, incluindo monitoramento, métricas, logs e alertas.
- Conhecimento consistente em Infraestrutura, Aplicações e Arquitetura de Sistemas.
- Vivência em ambientes corporativos complexos, integrando múltiplas tecnologias e plataformas.
Diferenciais
- Experiência com práticas de DevOps e SRE.
- Vivência com pipelines de CI/CD e automação de deploy.
- Conhecimento em arquiteturas orientadas a serviços e APIs.
- Atuação em ambientes de missão crítica ou alta complexidade.
- Experiência prévia como desenvolvedor(a) em projetos enterprise.
