Job Title: SAP FICO - Group Reporting Senior Analyst
Location: Cairo, Egypt
 

Job Summary:
The SAP Group Reporting in Finance Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Group Reporting solutions to support the organization’s financial consolidation and reporting processes. This role involves collaborating with finance teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely group financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and seamless integration with other SAP modules. The consultant will play a key role in driving financial transparency and process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Group Reporting Implementation and Management:

  • Configure and maintain SAP Group Reporting functionalities to meet business requirements.

  • Manage financial consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and group adjustments.

  • Ensure accurate and efficient group financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Financial Consolidation and Reporting:

  • Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  • Implement best practices for group reporting and financial data management.

  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and other regulatory requirements.

Integration and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other SAP module specialists (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD) to ensure seamless system integration.

  • Work closely with finance teams to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions.

  • Support end-to-end financial processes, including consolidation and reporting cycles.

Project Implementation and Support:

  • Lead or participate in SAP Group Reporting module implementation, upgrades, and rollouts.

  • Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation for new functionalities.

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Group Reporting systems.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process automation.

  • Stay updated on SAP Group Reporting advancements and emerging technologies.

  • Recommend innovative solutions to improve financial consolidation and reporting processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Extensive experience in SAP Group Reporting module implementation and support.

  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and compliance processes.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • SAP certification in Group Reporting or Finance module is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD).

  • Experience in S/4HANA implementation.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific SAP Group Reporting configurations.
