SRE Service Manager

Per rafforzare i nostri team in Italia, siamo alla ricerca di uno SRE Service Manager con esperienza nella governance e nella gestione end‑to‑end di servizi digitali complessi, assicurando che piattaforme e soluzioni rispettino obiettivi di affidabilità, performance e qualità, in linea con SLA e aspettative del cliente
Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive
Governare servizi digitali complessi end-to-end secondo i principi di Site Reliability Engineering, garantendo continuità, stabilità e qualità del servizio
Coordinare team multidisciplinari (SRE, DevOps, Platform, Engineering) assicurando allineamento su obiettivi, priorità e modelli operativi
Definire e governare metriche di servizio (SLO, KPI, indicatori di qualità) e guidare la misurazione delle performance con reporting verso cliente e stakeholder
Gestire la governance contrattuale del servizio, inclusi perimetro, modalità operative, livelli di servizio e impegni di performance
Promuovere il miglioramento continuo, l’ottimizzazione operativa e l’automazione dei processi di servizio
Collaborare con cliente, account team e leadership interna per l’evoluzione del servizio e del modello operativo.
La retribuzione prevista in Accenture viene definita sulla base di molteplici elementi di valutazione, tra cui – ad esempio - il ruolo ricoperto, il livello di seniority, il grado di responsabilità, le competenze professionali e l’esperienza maturata. Per la presente posizione, è prevista l’applicazione del CCNL Metalmeccanico, con uno tra i seguenti livelli di inquadramento e corrispondente fascia di retribuzione annua lorda:
B1 30.814,29€ e 40.800€
B2 33.058,74€ e 46.700€

Le tue caratteristiche
Laurea in Ingegneria, Informatica, Economia o discipline STEM
Esperienza consolidata nella gestione e governance di servizi digitali complessi
Esperienza in ruoli di Service Management, Delivery Management o Platform Governance
Solida conoscenza di modelli di governance del servizio, KPI, metriche di qualità e reportistica direzionale
Leadership, capacità di coordinamento dei team e gestione efficace degli stakeholder
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese in contesto professionale
Nice to have
Esperienza nella gestione di contratti di servizio strutturati e modelli di delivery complessi
Familiarità con framework di IT Service Management (ITIL)
Esperienza in contesti Industry, Manufacturing o Operations
Gestione di servizi in ambienti multi-fornitore o outsourcing
Conoscenza di linguaggi di programmazione (es. Python, Java) e piattaforme applicative complesse (PLM, Manufacturing, Asset, Industrial Platforms)
Capacità di guidare la transizione verso modelli operativi reliability-driven
