Funciones y responsabilidades:
- Atención de ciberincidentes escalados por el equipo de analistas N1.
- Control de calidad de las investigaciones realizadas por el equipo de analistas N1.
- Gestión de incidentes (incident handling) de mayor complejidad, importancia y/o relevancia.
- Investigaciones y análisis derivados de ejercicios de Threat Hunting.
- Reglas de correlación: desarrollo, implementación, revisión, ajustes (fine tunning) y validación.
- Colaboración con los especialistas de hacking para validación de reglas de correlación.
- Elaboración de informes técnicos de ciberincidentes y control de calidad de los mismos.
- Creación y mantenimiento de playbooks, procedimientos operativos y otra documentación de apoyo.
- Gestión de vulnerabilidades: análisis de contexto, notificación vía JIRA, seguimiento y priorización.
- Apoyo en análisis forense y malware en colaboración con los equipos especialistas.
- Propuesta de mejoras en procesos y procedimientos operativos ya desarrollados.
Requisitos:
Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Analista N2/N3 en Centros de Operaciones de Seguridad (SOC).
Conocimientos técnicos preferiblemente en QRadar, TheHive, Tenable SC, Stamus (NDR), Trellix Endpoint Security.
Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado superior o Grado/diplomado en Informática.
Inglés: nivel B1.
Disponibilidad para turno: 08h a 17h con guardias y desplazamiento regular a oficinas.
