Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in business architecture, ERP implementations, or related roles.

• Expert proficiency in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling is mandatory.

• Advanced knowledge of Business Model Strategy, Business Case Development, Business Design, and SAP CO Overhead Cost Controlling is highly desirable.

• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in the oil and gas industry or large-scale ERP projects is an advantage.
