Digital Business Integration Manager – New York, NY

Job Description:
Accenture LLP has multiple openings for Digital Business Integration Manager positions in New York, NY to provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective digital solutions. S/he will perform the following duties: understand and translate customer needs into business/technology solutions via digital methodologies/solutions that drive business value; drive discussions and provide consultation around digital transformation in field service and mobile development, the customer digital journey, and functional/application designs; define solution architecture and delivery plans and estimate the development work; handle delivery cycles and their contents based on effort evaluations gathered from team; facilitate weekly scrums to establish and communicate solution development plans; identify mobile reactive solution adopters and design user interactions to increase accessibility and availability; design mobile application prototypes to demonstrate the customized and out-of-the-box capabilities of partner vendors’ packaged solutions to clients; review delivery, financial, and staffing status of Mobile Experience Engineering and IX.0 accounts and highlight risks and issues to leadership; and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. This position requires international travel approximately 80% of an average work week. Telecommuting is permitted.



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (any) or related degree, plus 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in related IT positions, including the following professional experience: 6 years of experience defining Field Service / Workforce Management Solution Blueprint & Roadmap using ClickSoftware, Oracle Service Cloud Field Service, ServiceMax, and Salesforce.com Field Service Lightning; 4 years of experience performing Enterprise mobility process analysis and improvement, field force transformation, and requirements development; 5 years of experience designing/architecting Hybrid Mobile Applications (Angular/Ionic, React Native, HTML/CSS, JS, Cordova) and Native Mobile Applications (iOS, Android); 6 years of experience guiding full development and delivery lifecycle utilizing Agile and waterfall methodologies; and 2 years of experience utilizing user experience design processes, methodologies and artifacts including prototypes, interactive mockups, design guidelines/specifications, and user stories.
