You’re as resourceful as the reliable droid R2D2 and know how to use Salesforce technology to creatively design, prototype and implement solutions to clients’ unique challenges. Contribute new products, workflows, and ideas to influence the SDLC platform
Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend workarounds
Ensure Salesforce runs smoothly by testing and adjusting as needed, then documenting fixes
Works independently and seeks guidance if needed
- Proficient in Salesforce.com OR Sales Cloud OR Service Cloud implementation
- Novice in APEX or Visualforce / Lightening development
Bonus points if you have:
- Salesforce.com certification(s)
- Experience with Agile delivery, Scrum and/or Kanban
- Used Source Code or Deployment/Migration tools
- Experience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIs
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
