Job Description


The Operations Business Sr. Analyst offers functional in depth analysis in support of project scope and objectives. They host onsite multi project implementation management activities, accommodates clients through the use of resources and knowledge. This is a qualified professional who applies a broad knowledge of project management practices and tasks to adhere to contract requirements for implementation of projects. They utilize problem solving and analytical skills to support current processes and assist in the creation of process improvements. They provide aid to their work and the work of others by using a keen eye for details to help avoid costly or disruptive errors. Must be comfortable with leading projects from start to finish and demonstrate an ownership mentality with objectives, overcoming challenges, and becoming a subject matter expert.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare administration or Medicaid experience 


  • Prior health insurance, Medicaid and/or claims processing, including ICD 10, CPT and HCPCS
  • Significant experience using spreadsheets and word processing functionality
  • Flexibility and ability to handle a variety of assignments in various stages at the same time
  • 1 years of experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
