Key Responsibilities:Our growing team needs your support in identification and metadata capture of existing Talent and HR Systems and capabilities. This program helps our customer take a long-term strategic view on defining and implementing an integrated Talent and HR Service platform that will better support the mission, simplify HR IT, and make HR Processes more efficient. You will have an integral role to support the IT Team efforts to define a blueprint of existing Talent and HR Tools, identify leading ERP vendors and benchmark capabilities, and work with IT/Security to identify critical requirements for any new technology
· 4 or more years of IT development and implementation experience
· 4 or more years of experience conducting Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) on IT systems and functions
· 4 or more years of experience creating documents and visual tools with MS Office suite
· Experience with ERP or HRIS technologies
· Experience with AWS (or other cloud providers), DBA, Systems Engineering, Network
· Experience with customer-specific technology and applications
· Technology Consulting Experience - specific to Talent or HR functions
· ERP or HRIS Implementation Experience (Requirements, Design, Develop, Test, Deploy)
· Software Selection Experience
· Briefing to senior customers
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
