Role Overview
We are seeking Sr Application Sustainment Engineer to work in a fast-paced agile environment.  The incumbent work with at least 5 years of related experience in hands on application production support, ideal candidate would have prior programming/development background * Strong knowledge and experience in Java 8, Spring and Hibernate & other web technologies. * Experience supporting enterprise applications in AWS platform. * Must be very hands on and ready to wear several hats - Technical Leader/Sr.Developer, L3 production Support * High level expertise in the implementation, support and troubleshooting of production environments * Responsible for support of a production application, including taking a root cause approach to problem solving * Experience using ITSM tool for Incident/Problem Mgmt (like ServiceNow / HP Service Mgr / Others) and Application Performance monitoring tool like AppDynamics, CA Wily Interscope or others. * Advanced troubleshooting and deductive reasoning skills * Ability to converse in both technical and non-technical terms to both novice and more proficient system users 
Basic Qualification:
•            5 years of Java 8, Spring and Hibernate & other web technologies.
•            5 years of experience using ITSM tool for Incident/Problem Mgmt (like ServiceNow / HP Service Mgr / Others)
