Workday, HCM Core HR & Academic Associate Manager (H&PS) will focus on Workday delivery to Health and Public Service clients. This role will drive the Core HR and Academic workstream, completing activities in design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday Core HR and Academic solutions.

 

Job Description:

A professional at the Consultant or Manager level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

  • Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration; may have supervisory responsibilities
  • Accountable for Core HR and Academic functional workstream and/or project activities assigned by functional lead or supervisor
  • Interaction with all workstreams including technical, reports, conversion, change management and project management
  • Adapt existing methods, tools and procedures to create solutions to deliver on client needs
  • Analyze business requirements to determine configuration solutions; documentation of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions

*** Candidates must be willing to travel on Monday - Thursday basis

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Workday HCM certification required
  • Minimum 3+ years hands experience with Workday and at least 2 year or full implementation of Workday Payroll
  • Proficiency in multiple Core HR and Academic:
    • Business Process Design
    • Employee Lifecycle process configuration
    • Workday Education and Government
  • Minimum of 3+ years of requirements gathering, system design, process mapping, testing and deployment of Workday solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree  
  • Minimum of 3+ years prior consulting experience

Professional Skill Requirements:

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment 
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
  • Desire to work in an HR information systems (HRIS) environment 
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
