Senior Program Analyst, Partner Skilling - Mandarin Support
Overview
We are seeking experienced Vendor Program Senior Analyst to support Global Partner Skilling initiatives. This role partners with regional stakeholders within Global Partners and Global Skilling Leads to deliver targeted skilling engagements that equip partners with the technical and sales capabilities needed for cloud technologies.
This high-impact role focuses on regional execution, aligning local engagement plans with global priorities while capturing market needs that inform broader skilling strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Engagement Management
Lead execution of regional skilling engagements for assigned Global Partners
Develop and manage partner-specific skilling plans aligned to business objectives
Coordinate virtual and in-person skilling activities, including private deliveries and workshops, by facilitating introductions between partner POCs and the appropriate delivery teams
Own the overall regional partner skilling relationship for assigned partner(s), including:
Maintaining a regular cadence, at least monthly, with each partner
Serving as the primary point of contact for regional partner skilling needs
Maintaining a regular cadence (at least monthly) with each partner
Acting as the main point of contact for the regional partners’ skilling needs
Global–Regional Alignment
Partner closely with the Global Skilling Lead to:
Align regional execution with global partner priorities
Share actionable regional insights that inform global skilling strategies
Align regional execution to global partner priorities
Provide actionable regional insights to shape global skilling strategies
Drive consistent messaging and prioritization across regions
Insights & Signal Capture
Identify patterns, trends, and recurring skilling needs across regional partners
Provide structured insights and recommendations to influence:
Global skilling programs
Partner-facing initiatives
Global skilling programs
Partner-facing initiatives
Represent regional partner needs and feedback in global planning cycles
Program Governance & Operations
Participate in governance, cadence, and reporting, including weekly internal syncs with SAU Regional Leads and Global Skilling Leads
Weekly internal team syncs
Track progress against partner skilling plans
Prepare executive-ready narrative reporting on what is working, what is not, and recommended next steps
Own the cadence for external regional partner meetings
Maintain clear visibility into engagement status, risks, outcomes, and follow-up actions
Partner Enablement
Educate partners on available skilling programs and resources, including:
Training vouchers, including 100% funding where applicable
Private delivery options
Cloud Learning Services (CLS) and partner-led training
Skilling-in-a-box and packaged learning solutions
Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI) and related programs

Track and report on skilling performance metrics, including:
Engagement delivery

Support clear definition of responsibility vs. accountability for outcomes across stakeholders
Required
5+ years of experience in program management, partner management, account management, or consulting
Experience working with enterprise or global customers/partners across regions
Strong project management and operational execution skills
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies
Experience delivering structured reporting and executive-level insights
Mandarin language proficiency is required
Preferred
Experience in cloud technologies, partner ecosystems, or skilling programs
Familiarity with partner programs and skilling offerings
Background in learning, enablement, or workforce skilling initiatives
Experience working in matrixed global organizations
