The Practice – A Brief Sketch

As a part of the High-Tech industry practice, you will work with leading high-tech clients across the globe, develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives, and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges.

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned consultant with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Pricing & Incentives, Rebates or Commerce Transformation—preferably with a mix of consulting and industry exposure. The ideal candidate has supported global B2B organizations across marketing, sales, or revenue operations, and has delivered consulting projects focused on process optimization, GTM effectiveness, CRM/CPQ transformation, or creative and campaign operations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a consultant, you are expected to:

  • Apply Industry Expertise Across Marketing, Sales & Commerce
    - Bring end to end knowledge of B2B sales, marketing, pricing, and commerce processes including lead management, pipeline, quoting, contracting, sales incentives, creative workflow, and campaign operations‑to‑end knowledge of B2B sales, marketing, pricing, and commerce processes including lead management, pipeline, quoting, contracting,

- Leverage benchmarks and best practices to guide operational transformation for global High-Tech and digital-first clients

  • Bridge Business Problems and Solutions
    Use structured problem-solving approaches to translate client challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Contribute to Asset and POV Development
    Support the creation of Accenture-level assets, solutions, and industry points of view (PoVs) related to Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Excellence, Digital Marketing Ops, Pricing & Incentives, CRM modernization, and commerce optimization. Collaborate with senior team members to ensure relevance and impact.
  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis
    Identify trends in B2B marketing, sales enablement, digital advertising, creative production, CPQ/CLM transformation, CRM adoption, and customer lifecycle. Analyze opportunities to optimize demand generation, sales performance, or creative throughput.
  • Support Strategic Solution Implementation
    Assist with execution of transformation programs across Marketing & Creative Ops, Sales Ops & Execution Analytics, Pricing & Incentives, Lead-to-Cash and Quote-to-Cash, Commerce process optimization
  • Collaborate Across Teams
    Work closely with technology, operations, and client-facing teams to deliver integrated solutions tailored to enterprise tech clients.
  • Participate in Client Workshops and Meetings
    Present insights and recommendations clearly and effectively, contributing to client discussions and workshops.
  • Build Client Relationships
    Establish credibility with clients by demonstrating industry knowledge and consulting expertise.
  • Stay Current on Industry Developments
    Monitor emerging technologies, competitive dynamics, and industry shifts to inform client strategies.
  • Mentor Junior Team Members
    Provide guidance and support to analysts and associates, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

  • Strong project coordination and execution skills to support delivery of strategic initiatives across marketing, sales operations, pricing, and commerce transformation programs
  • Functional exposure to B2B marketing, sales, and revenue operations domains—including campaign operations, lead and opportunity management, pipeline governance, quoting, contracting, and incentive management
  • Ability to contribute to business case development and transformation roadmaps, with a clear understanding of value realization, operational efficiency, customer lifecycle performance, and revenue impact
  • Ability to design and deliver process maps, operating models, dashboards, customer journeys, creative workflows, and sales playbooks to support structured problem-solving and enable scalable, insightdriven transformation across marketing, sales, and revenue operations‑solving and enable scalable, insight‑driven transformation across marketing, sales, and revenue operations

Your experience counts!

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus
  • Experience in management consulting or industry roles, with a focus on Marketing, Sales Transformation, Revenue Ops, Creative Ops, Pricing, CRM/CPQ transformation, or Commerce consulting
  • Hands-on experience with global clients in B2B or digital commerce environments
  • Proficiency with CRM, marketing, sales, and analytics tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, and CPQ/CLM platforms, along with strong dashboarding capabilities using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and support data-driven decision-making
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with client stakeholders
  • Proven ability to contribute to client deliverables, including business cases, transformation roadmaps, and strategic recommendations
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn, especially in fast-paced, evolving enterprise tech environments
  • Willingness to travel, as required by client engagements
