Buscamos estudiantes universitarios con interés en iniciar su carrera en el área de Data & IA. No requerimos experiencia previa ni una tecnología concreta de entrada: recibirás formación al incorporarte y te asignaremos un proyecto en función de tu perfil, motivación y necesidades del negocio, trabajando con herramientas actuales y metodologías Agile.

Funciones
Participar en el diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de soluciones de datos, colaborando en procesos de ingestión, transformación y explotación de información utilizando herramientas de analítica y plataformas de datos en entornos cloud.
Apoyar en el análisis de datos estructurados y no estructurados para la elaboración de informes, dashboards y modelos analíticos que faciliten la toma de decisiones de negocio.
Colaborar en proyectos de inteligencia artificial y analítica avanzada, participando en tareas de preparación de datos, entrenamiento, validación y evaluación de modelos de machine learning.
Trabajar en equipos multidisciplinares bajo metodologías Agile (Scrum/Kanban), documentando desarrollos, participando en ceremonias y asegurando la calidad de los entregables.
Responsabilidades
Ejecutar las tareas asignadas cumpliendo los estándares técnicos, de calidad y de seguridad definidos en el proyecto.
Documentar procesos de datos, análisis y modelos desarrollados, asegurando su correcta comprensión y reutilización.
Aprender y aplicar nuevas herramientas, tecnologías y metodologías relacionadas con Data & IA según las necesidades del proyecto.
Colaborar activamente con perfiles senior, data engineers, data scientists y consultores para la correcta entrega de soluciones de valor al cliente.

Otros requisitos son:
Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Estadística, Física u otras titulaciones STEM relacionadas.
Nivel mínimo de inglés B2. Otros idiomas serán valorables.
Curiosidad intelectual y mentalidad analítica.
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo en entornos multidisciplinares.
Pasión por la tecnología, los datos y la inteligencia artificial.
