Job Qualifications:

• With consulting experience in financial services, with a strong focus on capital markets and/or wealth management.

• Proven experience in large-scale transformation programs or complex strategic initiatives.

• Deep understanding of capital markets (e.g., trading platforms, front-to-back processes, regulatory frameworks) and/or wealth management (e.g., client lifecycle, portfolio management, advisory tools).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working in or with top consulting firms is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
