Your mission
As a Sales Senior Manager/Associate Director – Insurance, you are the interface between us and our clients. You sell solutions from across Accenture’s full range of services: Strategy and Consulting, Systems Integration, Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI), Marketing, Industry, as well as IT and Business Process Outsourcing. Working hand in hand with a changing group of subject-matter experts, you tailor services to the individual needs of our clients. You also present the USPs and additional sales arguments for our services convincingly to clients and build sustainable, close relationships with key accounts.

What we’re looking forward to

You have completed a degree in business administration, engineering or sciences, or law.

You bring at least eight years of professional experience and have a confident presence.

You are experienced in B2B sales, including large project deals—from planning and solution presentations to contract negotiations.

You enjoy building and expanding client relationships all the way up to board level—and leveraging them as sales opportunities.

You have a broad relationship network in the insurance industry
-
You work in a structured way, are confident and are persuasive in presentations. Communication is one of your strengths—you are fluent in German and English.
