Deine Mission
Als IT Delivery Lead übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung komplexer Transformationsprogramme bei führenden Unternehmen der Grundstoffindustrie. Du steuerst interdisziplinäre Teams, verantwortest große Vertragsvolumina und bringst modernste Technologien in die Anwendung – von Cloud‑Architekturen bis KI‑basierten Lösungen. Als Trusted Advisor bringst du es auf die Straße.

Darauf freuen wir uns
Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Naturwissenschaften, Mathematik, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Software Delivery Lifecycle sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der Business Analyse, Design, Entwicklung, Test, Rollout und Betrieb von IT-Produkten.
Erste Erfahrung in der Chemie‑, Rohstoff‑ oder Energieindustrie sowie idealerweise in groß angelegten Modernisierungsprogrammen.
Fundierte Erfahrung in IT‑Programm‑ und Projektleitung, Stakeholder‑Management, Performance-Steuerung, Vertragsgestaltung und internationaler Zusammenarbeit.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
