Consultant Expérimenté Achats (F/H)

Vous contribuerez à des projets de transformation stratégiques auprès de clients leaders dans leur secteur, au sein des équipes Strategy & Consulting d’Accenture, et sur des sujets variés tels que les modèles organisationnels de la fonction achat, la transformation digital et IA et optimisation des coûts
Vos principales missions :
En tant que Consultant(e) expérimenté(e) spécialisé(e) en Achats, auprès de nos clients leaders dans leur secteur, vous serez amené(e) à :
Contribuer à des études stratégiques de cadrage ou de diagnostic de performance et de maturité de la fonction Achats (processus métiers, digital et IA)
Participer à la définition des plans stratégiques de transformation accompagnés de business cases
Participer à des projets de transformation incluant l’implémentation de nouveaux process, de solutions digitales (e.g.: : Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua,S4, Oracle…) et l’exécution de plan d’optimisation des coûts, etc.
Produire des livrables de qualité et interagir avec les clients
Collaborer avec les équipes internationales d’Accenture pour apporter des solutions innovantes
En phase commerciale, vous contribuerez, en collaboration avec le leadership de la practice, à :
Des pitch clients (nouveaux clients ou non)
Des réponses aux appels d’offre et participation aux oraux client
La réflexion et l’élaboration de nouvelles offres
La diffusion de nos innovations, points de vue, articles
Au quotidien, vous contribuerez à l’animation de la practice Supply Chain & Operations. Plusieurs squads existent pour traiter différentes thématiques telles que le staffing, la formation, le recrutement& l’intégration, AI/GenAI, Sustainability, events …etc.
Votre profil :
Vous détenez un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 d’une grande école de commerce, d’ingénieurs, ou d’une université
Vous avez, à minima 2 ans d’expérience dans un cabinet de conseil ou en entreprise sur des sujets stratégiques ou opérationnels liés aux Achats
Vous maîtrisez le français, possédez un niveau d’anglais professionnel (B2 minimum)
Vous avez une excellente capacité de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, alliée à un excellent relationnel, et à un fort esprit d’équipe
Votre capacité d’analyse, votre sens de l’innovation et votre orientation résultats sont indéniables, ainsi que votre curiosité, votre créativité, et votre goût pour les nouvelles technologies, le digital et l’IA
