The Analytics and Modeling Manager own end-to-end delivery, talent stability, and contract & financial operations for a delivery team. Governs the operating cadence (1:1s, MBR/QBR, stakeholders, PM rituals), defines escalation thresholds with leadership, and authors the reusable operating artifacts (playbooks, Job Descriptions, frameworks) that allow the team to run independently while mitigating risks and communicating effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manages project scope and supports the process of identifying project requirements.
Provides support to production team to remove roadblocks and clarify questions, assigns appropriate owners to prevent issues and enhance performance.
Proactively manages and reports overall project/release status back to the project sponsor and stakeholders, proactively reports on execution of deliverables.
Manages all change requests, validates all schedule and budget impacts, and communicates approved changes to all stakeholders, ensures timely delivery of high-quality deliverables including but not limited to all change requests.
Demonstrates creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans, determines needed deliverables, high level approach, project profile, responsible teams, critical path by deliverable, productivity improvements, overall risks and planning assumptions using Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) as required.
Demonstrates experience validating and creating time estimations, drives estimates by deliverable and works with teams to optimize and reduce overall estimates.
Design, implement and report on projects/methodologies/experiments driving innovation.
Design predictive models and recommendations to inform project decisions and delegate to team members in different time zones.
Utilize advanced SQL skills for data analysis and project support.
Demonstrates experience creating basic project cost estimations and has cost management skills, including invoicing approval workflows, book discrepancies analysis, and contract audits and rebalancing.
Ensures that the project tracking tools are populated correctly, ensures processes are documented and followed, assesses completed work for quality and accuracy and that team members are following quality assurance processes.
Identifies opportunities for improving processes and helps project resources to find opportunities to improve project productivity within the operation.
Demonstrates good experience working with multicultural teams, understanding and factors in the cultural diversity of the audience when planning communications.
Owns the people leadership cadence for the team, establishes and runs 1:1s with direct reports and client management counterparts, proactively assigns work, monitors team performance and attrition, partners with HR for recruitment and performance evaluations, and takes responsibility for developing the talent through constructive feedback, cross-team collaborations, and other knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Demonstrates experience managing communication plan at project level, is a master communicator across multiple stakeholders, effectively communicates ideas to team members, creates communication strategy for the team/project with clear objectives and expectations.
Builds trust relationships with client and main project stakeholders, exerts a positive influence on stakeholders and clients, guides team members on maintaining a relationship with stakeholders and clients, predicts client issues and raises concerns to supervisor.
Demonstrates experience managing escalations at project level, ensuring resolution of project risks, and resolving client concerns.
Minimum Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a relevant field.
6+ years of proven experience in a technical field relevant to marketing, analytics, data operations, engineering or science.
4+ years of proven experience as a manager in a consulting or similar client facing environment.
Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and analyzing complex datasets.
Hands-on experience designing and delivering dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, LookML, Data Studio).
Experience managing distributed / offshore teams across multiple time zones, topic areas, and/or client verticals
Demonstrated experience with contract and financial operations like invoice approvals, workflows, budgeting, contract management, and similar tasks.
Knowledge of different metrics available for any of the following: marketing and sales analytics, campaign lifecycle and post-application analysis, engineering or technical high level support workflows, or similar.
Understanding of integrated marketing across the entire prospect and customer lifecycle, and how marketing strategy, customer data, segments, channel, creative, content, and offers interact to drive the desired business outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, communicate project status, and interface with internal and external team members
Strong leadership skills and an ability to lead across a team of marketing services and campaign execution professionals.
Comfortable leading a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects.
Ability to evaluate concepts and present recommendations to senior leadership and evaluate and defend your team’s performance in front of clients.
Demonstrated experience authoring playbooks, Standard Operating Procedures, or other reusable governance artifacts that outlive a single role owner.

Analyze and devise effective solutions for project success.
Master data analysis, reporting, and project tracking using Excel and Google Sheets.
Optimize tools and processes for enhanced project efficiency.
Expertise in data automation and ETL processes for streamlined workflows.
Fluency with AI tooling and process automation, building or operating LLM-based agents and automating recurring delivery workflows.
Experience navigating BPO / vendor partner ecosystems including upskilling pathways and scope boundary policy.
