Copywriter - Korean Speaker
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Copywriter to support regional and market-level content production across e-commerce, campaign, and digital touchpoints. This role operates within a structured Creative Operations model and collaborates closely with Creative, Content QA, and Channel teams to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency at scale.
Working within a structured Creative Operations framework, you’ll partner closely with Creative, Content QA, and Channel teams to produce copy that is accurate, on-brand, and built to perform at scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Writing &+ Localization Efforts
- Possess Creative Writing skills in the Advertising industry minimum of 3 years.
- Develop key messaging and campaign concepts tailored to campaign thematic and objectives.
- Adapt and localize content from English into the local/native language while preserving brand tone, intent, and campaign messaging.
- Optimize copy for cultural relevance, platform requirements, and e-commerce best practices.
- Ensure linguistic accuracy, grammar, and consistency across all assets.
2. Campaign & Sales Copywriting
- Develop copy based on campaign thematics, sales mechanics, promotions, bundles, and GWP strategies.
- Write concise, conversion-focused copy for websites, web banners, paid media, and marketplace assets.
- Align copy with visual hierarchy and campaign intent.
3. Content Adaptation & Formatting
- Adapt master copy into multiple formats, lengths, and layouts based on channel requirements.
- Ensure copy fits design layouts without truncation or forced line breaks.
- Collaborate with designers to optimise readability and visual flow.
4. Content Quality & Accuracy Checks
- Conduct self and peer reviews to ensure spelling, grammar, pricing, claims, and promotional accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and communication frameworks.
- Support Content QA feedback cycles and revisions.
5. AI Translation & Copy Enablement
- Support development and refinement of AI-assisted translation and copy tools.
- Train AI outputs using high-quality reference translations, glossaries, and tone guides.
- Review and validate AI-generated content to ensure brand accuracy and cultural nuance.
- Define best practices and SOPs for human-in-the-loop AI workflows.
- Track AI error patterns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
6. SEO Meta Writing
- Create SEO optimized meta tags for e-commerce, brand websites, and blog content based on keyword strategy and search volume insights.
- Adapt and localize branded content, such as FAQs and editorial content, by naturally incorporating high performing search keywords to support SEO visibility and organic traffic growth.
- Support SEO and QA keyword validation processes with a basic understanding of SEO principles, search performance data, and content optimization best practices.
7. Compliance &and Legal Keywords Understanding
- Clear on the beauty-related keywords that are mandatory used in the local market.Maintain a clear understanding of mandatory beauty-related keywords specific to the local market.
- Aware of the do’s and don’t(s) of using specific keywords in client deliverables, specifically on different online channels and websites.
- Ability to take lead on Compliance-related sessions with clients to align on the latest legally approved keyword usage within the relevant market.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of copywriting experience, ideally within commerce or digital environments (commerce or digital preferred)
- Strong command of English and at least one (related) local/native language
- Comprehension on online marketing channels including; Brand.com, Paid Media Ads, CRM Push and, Social Media
- Proven experience writing forExperience writing for websites, marketplaces, or campaign assets
- BackrgoundKnowledge inwithin the FMCG or the b/Beauty industry
- High attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements
- Experience working acrosswith regional or multi-market content
- Familiarity with beauty, FMCG, or retail brands
- Exposure to AI translation tools, CAT tools, or prompt refinement workflows
