Role Summary:
You will be responsible for shaping and executing quality engineering strategies that support rapid application delivery, enterprise-scale transformation, and continuous improvement. This role spans the full application stack and requires strong software engineering discipline to expand automation, improve test effectiveness, and embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
In this role, you will work across the quality engineering lifecycle to design reusable automation solutions, strengthen API and application testing, and support modern delivery practices in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on experience in Selenium, Java, Rest Assured, and TestNG with the leadership capability to guide distributed teams, partner with stakeholders, and help clients advance their quality engineering maturity.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks using TestNG to support efficient, repeatable, and high-quality test execution.
Design and develop customized test harnesses for automation and mobile testing needs.
Work with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber and Gherkin to support business-aligned test scenarios.
Architect automation frameworks and create new automation libraries using Selenium to improve reuse and consistency.
Build, maintain, and continuously improve automated regression test packs.
Create and maintain API test scripts using Rest Assured for RESTful services validation.
Design and execute regression coverage across frontend and backend systems.
Automate test data management for lease and retail contract booking processes.
Design and develop automated sanity testing solutions for repeatable test scenarios.
Identify testable events and translate requirements into detailed test cases and test scripts.
Identify, capture, and manage the test data needed to support end-to-end testing activities.
Leverage testing processes, frameworks, and toolkits to build reusable quality engineering assets.
Serve as a key point of contact for IT teams and user groups throughout relevant testing phases.
Set up, manage, and monitor test environments, while helping streamline release management for QA environments.
Participate in Agile ceremonies with IT owners, business owners, product teams, and project stakeholders.
Build and configure new interfaces required to support testing activities.
Support testing, deployment preparation, and production deployment activities for both retail and commercial phases.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

10+ years of experience leading and managing Quality Engineering and testing initiatives in complex delivery environments.

8+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and Rest Assured, including building automation frameworks from the ground up to support regression and other repeatable test scenarios.

Deep experience with configuration management and version control systems such as Git, along with CI/CD pipelines.

Proven expertise in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver, Appium, TestNG, and Java.

Experience leading teams in an offshore-onshore delivery model.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and develop practical solutions to meet project needs. -
Strong client-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
