Como Analista, Consultor ou Gerente de Procurement Strategy, você atuará como líder de transformação, conectando estratégia, operação e tecnologia para gerar impacto direto no negócio dos clientes.

• Liderar frentes de trabalho em projetos de transformação de Procurement com foco estratégico;

• Desenvolver análises baseadas em dados e benchmarks de mercado para geração de valor;

• Elaborar e apresentar recomendações executivas para os clientes;

• Gerenciar interações com stakeholders em níveis operacionais e executivos;

• Conduzir iniciativas com base em metodologias ágeis e uso de ferramentas digitais aplicadas à área de compras.

O QUE BUSCAMOS

Experiência e atuação:

• Experiência sólida em Consultoria Estratégica ou Transformação em Procurement;

• Forte atuação em projetos de:

• Procurement Transformation;

• Strategic Sourcing;

• Supply Chain Strategy;

• Vivência com projetos de grande porte e ambientes complexos/multinacionais;

CONHECIMENTO TÉCNICO:

​Transformação de Procurement (end-to-end)

Liderar projetos de transformação de Procurement, incluindo:

• Procurement Transformation;

• Procurement Operating Model;

• Diagnóstico de maturidade e Plano de implementação com roadmap de melhorias para transformação;

• Redesenhar processos de compras com foco em eficiência e governança;

Estratégia e geração de valor

Estruturar estratégias de Procurement alinhadas aos objetivos de negócio;

Identificar oportunidades de:

• Strategic Sourcing (TCO, should-cost, cost breakdown);

• Redução de custos;

• Otimização de CapEx vs OpEx;

• Alavancas de Valor;

• Eficiência operacional;

• Desenvolver business cases robustos e mensuração de impacto financeiro (EBITDA, savings, fluxo de caixa);

Digital, Dados e IA aplicada a Procurement

Atuar nas iniciativas de transformação digital com:

• e-Procurement (Ariba, Coupa, SAP, etc.);

• Analytics e dashboards de spend;

• Automação e uso de IA em processos de compras;

• Traduzir dados em insights acionáveis para tomada de decisão;
