Apply to our Academy (start 31.07) and participate in a program that will allow you to develop your analytical or development skills and become part of the vast ecosystem of Salesforce projects at Accenture.
Our paid program consists of a 4-week academy and a minimum of 12 months of internship. This program will equip you with specialized knowledge and deliver highly sought-after skills.
Under our guidance, you will have a unique opportunity to prepare for the role of a Salesforce Consultant or Developer! You choose which track you apply for.
PROGRAM SCHEDULE:
- During the first two weeks, you'll learn the basics of Salesforce, project management principles, useful tools, and declarative process automation mechanisms.
- In the third week, you'll gain specialized knowledge appropriate to your chosen path (Consultant or Developer), including:
1.Requirements Gathering (Consultant).
2.Advanced Data Operations (Consultant).
3.APEX Programming (Developer).
4.The Most Popular Salesforce Integration Methods (Developer).
- The fourth week will allow you to test your skills. You'll participate in a group project in collaboration with other Consultants and Developers. You'll join forces to achieve a common goal.
- You'll present the results of this exercise to other program participants, as well as to our experts, who will also serve as your mentors throughout the month.
- After the 4-week academy, you will spend the remainder of your internship on one of our projects, where you will support our team in implementing Salesforce solutions for one of our international clients.
HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- You must be an active student (currently and for the next 6-12 months) in a technology program, such as Quantitative Methods, Big Data, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Automation and Robotics, Biotechnology, etc., or a business program, such as Management, Economics, etc.
- You must be available full-time (40 hours/week) in August during training and at least 30 hours/week thereafter.
- You must communicate well in Polish and English (at least B2 – certificates confirming English proficiency are desirable: Cambridge CFE, CAE, TOEFL, etc.).
- You enjoy collaborating with others and enjoy doing so.
- You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite.
And depending on the path you're interested in applying for:
Consultant Path:
- You have experience in project work and/or working with IT systems (especially CRM systems).
- You are proficient in business process analysis.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL is a plus.
Developer Path:
- You know one of the object-oriented programming languages.
- You are familiar with, or eager to learn, the following tools and methodologies: GIT, VSCode/IntelliJ, Scrum.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and JavaScript is a plus.
