Deine Mission
Als (Junior) Frontend Engineer wirst du Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams und entwickelst moderne, intuitive Benutzeroberflächen für namhafte Kunden. Du verbindest Technologie mit Design und schaffst digitale Erlebnisse, die wirken.
Dabei wächst du Schritt für Schritt in deine Rolle hinein – mit strukturiertem Lernen, echtem Projektgeschäft und einem Team, das Wissen teilt.
Das erwartet dich
Interfaces entwickeln, die begeistern
Du entwickelst und optimierst moderne Webanwendungen mit Fokus auf User Experience und Performance (z. B. mit React oder Angular)
Technologien sinnvoll einsetzen
Du arbeitest mit aktuellen Frontend-Technologien und bringst innovative Ansätze – auch im Kontext von AI – in Projekte ein
Design und Code verbinden
Du setzt UI/UX-Konzepte (z. B. aus Figma) präzise in funktionierende Anwendungen um
Im Team Lösungen gestalten
Gemeinsam entwickelt ihr tragfähige, zukunftsorientierte Lösungen
Agil arbeiten und wachsen
Du arbeitest in agilen Setups und entwickelst dich kontinuierlich weiter
Darauf freuen wir uns
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld (z. B. Informatik, Software Engineering, Wirtschaftsinformatik o. Ä.)
- Praktische Erfahrung im Frontend Development (TypeScript, React oder Angular, CSS) durch Praktika/Werkstudententätigkeiten und/oder erste Berufserfahrung
- Verständnis für UX/UI und saubere Code-Strukturen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Interesse an AI-gestützten Interfaces (z. B. intelligente User Flows)

Das Jahresbruttogehalt für diese Position liegt, je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung, zwischen 34.400 € und 46.100 €. Du hast bei uns zusätzlich die Möglichkeit, basierend auf deiner individuellen Leistung aktiv dein Jahreseinkommen positiv zu beeinflussen.
