Deine Mission
Als Operations Lead verantwortest du die Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung aller operativen Abläufe am Standort Toulouse. Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleistern zusammen und stellst sicher, dass Prozesse effizient, transparent und in höchster Qualität umgesetzt werden. Gleichzeitig übernimmst du Verantwortung für die fachliche Führung vor Ort und fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle („Control Tower“) indem du strategische Ziele mit der operativen Umsetzung verbindest und die Performance des Standorts nachhaltig vorantreibst.

Operative Steuerung & Umsetzung
Du übernimmst die ganzheitliche Steuerung aller operativen Aktivitäten des externen Dienstleisters – von Materialfluss über Produktionssupport bis hin zu Dokumentationsprozessen. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass alle Abläufe klar definiert, sauber dokumentiert und im Tagesgeschäft konsequent eingehalten werden.
Führung & Entwicklung vor Ort
Du führst den internen Support am Standort Toulouse fachlich, entwickelst ihn kontinuierlich weiter und sorgst dafür, dass operative Themen vor Ort aktiv gesteuert, Risiken frühzeitig erkannt und transparent adressiert werden.
Dienstleistermanagement & Performance
Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für den externen Dienstleister, überwachst die Einhaltung von KPIs, SLAs und vertraglichen Vereinbarungen und stellst sicher, dass Qualität, Effizienz und Einsatzbereitschaft jederzeit gewährleistet sind. Bei Abweichungen leitest du gezielt Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ein.
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung & Prozessexzellenz
Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe, identifizierst Schwachstellen und treibst Initiativen zur Optimierung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung voran, um die Performance am Standort nachhaltig zu steigern.
Schnittstellenmanagement, Reporting & Kundeninterface
Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen operativem Tagesgeschäft und strategischer Steuerung. Dabei übernimmst du die Vertretung des Head of SCM bzw. Team Leads in kundenseitigen Abstimmungen (mit Airbus), präsentierst Leistungskennzahlen sowie Risiken transparent und stellst die konsequente Nachverfolgung vereinbarter Maßnahmen sicher.
Darauf freuen wir uns
Mehrjährige Erfahrung (ca. 5+ Jahre) in Operations, Supply Chain, Produktion oder im Management externer Dienstleister
Erfahrung im industriellen oder logistischen Umfeld sowie in der Steuerung von Service Providern
Langjährige Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit OEMs im Luftfahrtbereich
Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Fähigkeit, Stakeholder ohne direkte Weisungsbefugnis zu steuern
Analytisches, KPI-getriebenes Arbeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Struktur und Lösungsorientierung
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
