Your Mission
As a Senior Project Lead Composable Commerce, you lead and deliver end‑to‑end client engagements focused on designing and operationalizing next‑generation, AI‑driven commerce ecosystems. You work closely with client leadership and delivery teams, owning both strategic direction and program execution. You connect business ambition with intelligent, autonomous systems that orchestrate customer journeys, decisions, and transactions in real time.
By bridging marketing, data, AI, and IT, you guide organizations from traditional Growth Tech stacks toward agentic, decision‑centric architectures—transforming AI and automation into sustainable value.

Your Daily Work
You lead complex composable Tech and Agentic Commerce programs, taking full responsibility for scope, timelines, quality, risk, and stakeholder alignment.
You work closely with clients and their cross‑functional teams (business, marketing, IT, data, AI) to drive outcomes and ensure shared ownership.
You facilitate cross‑functional workshops that translate business intent into agentic use cases and technical enablers.
You define business cases and KPI frameworks linking agentic capabilities to revenue uplift, conversion optimization, and customer lifetime value.
You collaborate closely with architects and delivery teams to ensure end‑to‑end alignment from strategy to AI‑enabled execution.
Who You Are
You bring 5–8 years of experience in digital strategy, marketing technology, commerce, or customer experience consulting.
You have proven experience leading and delivering complex client programs or projects, not only advising on strategy.
You have a strong understanding of Growth Tech stacks and emerging Agentic Commerce paradigms.
You are able to translate between business strategy, AI capabilities, and technical architecture..
You are comfortable working in agile, cross‑functional, product‑oriented environments.
