Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive
Entrerai in un contesto di consulenza internazionale che opera nell’ambito Talent, supportando le organizzazioni nel disegnare assetti più efficaci, sostenibili e orientati al futuro.
In particolare, potrai occuparti di:
Analisi e progettazione di modelli organizzativi, ruoli e assetti di governance
Evoluzione delle competenze e della workforce, in coerenza con le strategie aziendali
Supporto all’adozione di nuove tecnologie, inclusa l’Intelligenza Artificiale Generativa, dal punto di vista organizzativo e delle persone
Contributo a iniziative di change, comunicazione ed engagement a supporto delle trasformazioni
Definizione di percorsi di reskilling e upskilling, con focus sulle competenze chiave per il futuro
Collaborazione con team multidisciplinari e internazionali su progetti complessi in ambito Talent
Se condividi la nostra passione per la consulenza in ambito Talent, e possiedi le seguenti caratteristiche, ti stiamo aspettando:
Laurea magistrale in discipline economiche, umanistiche o affini
2+ anni di esperienza in progetti di consulenza (organization, talent, HR, change)
Interesse per tematiche di trasformazione organizzativa e digitale; familiarità con la Gen AI applicata al contesto business è considerata un plus
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Forte orientamento al cliente e capacità di lavorare in contesti complessi
Completano il profilo buone capacità comunicative e analitiche, approccio data‑driven, spirito collaborativo e orientamento ai risultati.
