Senior Manager Client Account Lead - Life Science
Functions:
- Own and lead strategic Life Sciences technology accounts, defining multi-year account strategies, digital roadmaps, and growth plans aligned with client business and IT priorities.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and shaping technology-led opportunities, coordinating complex deals, and integrating consulting, technology, data, and operations capabilities.
- Act as a trusted technology and business advisor to C-level stakeholders, leading conversations on digital transformation, platforms, data, AI, cloud, and operating model evolution.
- Ensure end-to-end account governance, overseeing delivery performance, financials, risk management, and client satisfaction across large and complex technology programs.
Responsibilities
- Build strong executive relationships with CIO, CTO, and business leadership, positioning Accenture as a long-term strategic technology partner in the Life Sciences sector.
- Lead integrated account planning covering commercial strategy, technology roadmap, innovation agenda, delivery model, and talent strategy.
- Leverage deep knowledge of Life Sciences technology landscapes, including core platforms, cloud, data and analytics, AI, digital, and system integration.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across consulting, technology, data, cloud, and industry experts, ensuring consistent value delivery and collaboration across One Accenture.
- Drive innovation by connecting clients with Accenture technology assets, platforms, accelerators, and ecosystem partners relevant to Life Sciences transformation.
- Mentor and develop senior talent within the account, building high-performing teams and future leaders.
Requirements
- More than 15 years of professional experience in client account leadership, technology consulting, or senior client-facing roles, ideally within Life Sciences environments.
- Proven track record managing large, complex technology accounts and driving sustained growth at Senior Manager or Director level.
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset, with experience in deal shaping, contract negotiation, and executive stakeholder management.
- Solid understanding of Life Sciences industry challenges and technology-driven transformation trends.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Ability to reside and work in Madrid or Barcelona, with flexibility to engage with clients and teams as required.
