• Esperienza nell’utilizzo di strumenti di Generative AI a supporto dello sviluppo software (es. GitHub Copilot, Claude o tool analoghi).
• Conoscenza di prompting guidelines e best practice per l’uso efficace dei tool GenAI nello sviluppo.
• Ottima conoscenza di linguaggi di programmazione moderni e/p object oriented (Java, C#, Typescript).
• Familiarità con CI/CD, code review e pratiche di qualità del codice.
• Inglese fluente.

• Esperienza o interesse verso approcci di Specification‑Driven Development (es. sviluppo guidato da specifiche, contratti, test o modelli formali), anche in combinazione con strumenti di Generative AI.
