• Experiencia previa (2–4 años) en roles de compras, preferentemente de repuestos industriales o entornos operativos.

• Dominio perfecto de portugués (oral y escrito).

• Inglés intermedio (capacidad para interactuar en contextos laborales).

• Perfil organizado, proactivo y orientado a resultados.

• Capacidad para trabajar en entornos de cambio y alta demanda operativa.

Deseables

• Manejo de SAP (MM u otros módulos vinculados a compras).

• Manejo de ARIBA BUYING

• Experiencia en entornos de servicios compartidos, consultoría o equipos globales.

• Conocimiento de métricas de compras y gestión por SLA.
