O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:
- Liderar avaliações de risco de soluções de IA (GenAI, IA tradicional e Agentic AI), desde intake até monitoramento pós-implantação
- Definir e recomendar guardrails, controles e planos de mitigação alinhados às políticas da Accenture
- Atuar como advisor estratégico para stakeholders de negócio e tecnologia na tomada de decisão sobre riscos de IA
- Traduzir políticas globais de Responsible AI para contextos locais (Português/Espanhol) e operacionalizar sua aplicação
- Conduzir workshops com lideranças e equipes técnicas, mediando trade-offs entre risco e valor
- Colaborar com áreas como Legal, Segurança, Compliance e CIO para integrar controles nas soluções antes da implementação
- Produzir relatórios executivos de risco e acompanhar mitigação de casos críticos

- Perfil estratégico com forte capacidade de tomada de decisão
- Excelente habilidade de comunicação e influência com stakeholders seniores
- Capacidade de navegar problemas complexos e propor soluções práticas
- Mentalidade colaborativa e foco em desenvolvimento do time
- Interesse genuíno por inovação responsável e ética em tecnologia
Requisitos obrigatórios:
- Experiência total superior a 12 anos, com pelo menos 3 anos em Responsible AI, AI Governance ou AI Risk
- Conhecimento sólido em frameworks como NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001 e ISO/IEC 23894
- Experiência prática com avaliação de risco em soluções de IA (incluindo GenAI)
- Experiência em gestão de stakeholders executivos
- Inglês fluente e Espanhol avançado/profissional
- Graduação e pós-graduação em área relevante
- Forte entendimento de riscos regulatórios, compliance e propriedade intelectual em IA
Além disso, é desejável conhecimento:
- Familiaridade com documentação de modelos (model cards, datasheets)
- Conhecimento em fairness, bias, explainability e monitoramento de modelos
- Experiência com ferramentas corporativas de gestão de risco em IA
- Vivência em projetos globais e colaboração com múltiplas regiões
