Das erwartet dich
- Führung komplexer eHealth‑Programme
Du verantwortest die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung großvolumiger Digitalisierungs‑ und IT‑Transformationsprojekte in Krankenhäusern und Krankenhausverbünden. - Strategische Kundenentwicklung
Du baust bestehende Kundenbeziehungen aus, identifizierst neue Bedarfe und unterstützt aktiv bei der Akquise und Entwicklung neuer Projekte. - Technologie‑ und Architekturkompetenz
Du bewertest moderne IT‑Architekturen und Lösungen (z. B. Cloud, Interoperabilitätsplattformen, KIS/PDMS, API‑Architekturen) hinsichtlich Skalierbarkeit und Zukunftsfähigkeit. - Leadership & Teamverantwortung
Du führst Projekt‑ und Kundenteams mit mindestens zehn Mitarbeitenden und förderst deren fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung. - Change‑ und Projektmanagement
Du begleitest organisatorische Veränderungsprozesse und stellst die erfolgreiche Implementierung digitaler Lösungen im klinischen Umfeld sicher.
Darauf freuen wir uns
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, z. B. in Medizinischer Informatik, Gesundheitsökonomie, Informatik oder Digital Health Management
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in leitender IT‑ oder Digitalisierungsfunktion im Krankenhaus‑ oder Klinikverbundumfeld (z. B. Head of IT)
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Verantwortung von eHealth‑ und Digitalisierungsprojekten im Gesundheitswesen
- Ausgeprägte Führungs‑, Kommunikations‑ und Stakeholder‑Management‑Skills
- Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft zu unseren Kunden
