Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive
Entra a far parte del nostro network internazionale di talenti Strategy & Consulting in ambito AI&Data. Lavorerai con tecnologie innovative su progetti stimolanti, aiutando le aziende leader a livello mondiale a sviluppare le loro strategie IT. In particolare, potrai:
Reimaginerai la Data & AI Governance, ripensando modelli, processi e responsabilità e assicurando coerenza tra dati e sistemi AI;
Disegnerai roadmap evolutive per l’integrazione degli strumenti di Data Governance nelle Data & AI Platform, abilitando use case avanzati di AI e GenAI;
Definirai principi architetturali e linee guida di Data Management, garantendo qualità, sicurezza e scalabilità dei dati a supporto delle strategie aziendali;
Coordinerai attività di Data Stewardship, supportando i nostri clienti nella valorizzazione del dato;
Accompagnerai l’adozione di modelli Data Product e Data Mesh, guidando il team nell’applicazione concreta di framework e soluzioni data‑driven.

Se condividi la nostra passione per la consulenza in ambito AI & Data e hai le seguenti caratteristiche, ti stiamo aspettando:

Dai 3 ai 7 anni di esperienza in ambito data-driven transformation (iniziative Data, BI e Analytics), preferibilmente in contesti complessi o società di consulenza;

Laurea magistrale in area STEM (Informatica, Ingegneria, Matematica, Fisica o discipline affini); il PhD sarà considerato un plus;
-
Solida conoscenza delle architetture dati moderne, delle Cloud Data Platform e dei principi di Data Governance (data quality, metadata management) e dell’applicazione dell’AI ai processi aziendali;
-
Interesse o esperienza in contesti AI e Machine Learning ;
-
Conoscenza dell’italiano e dell’inglese, con ottime abilità relazionali, di comunicazione e attitudine alla collaborazione cross funzionale.
