Our Brussels-based team partners with local and international insurance players, supporting them across the full transformation lifecycle — from defining strategy and target operating models to delivering digital and IT-enabled change.

🛠️ What you’ll do
As a Management Consulting Analyst – Insurance, you will:
Support the delivery of management consulting projects for insurance clients across strategy, operations, and digital transformation
Contribute to end-to-end transformation initiatives, from analysis and design to implementation support
Perform market research, data analysis, and benchmarking to generate insights and recommendations
Prepare client-ready deliverables, including presentations, analyses, and workshop materials
Take on functional or delivery-oriented roles such as business analyst, scrum master, test coordinator, or product owner support, depending on project needs
Participate in the preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of client workshops and working sessions
Support implementation activities, including testing coordination, change support, and limited functional configuration (e.g. business rules)
Collaborate with cross-functional Accenture teams, including technology and delivery specialists
Stay up to date with insurance industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies
Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership within the Insurance team

What we’re looking for
Education
Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
🧠 Skills & capabilities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structuring skills
Ability to quickly understand complex business and process topics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in management consulting, insurance, and digital or IT-enabled transformations
Languages
Fluent in English
Dutch and/or French is a strong asset
Mindset
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
Team player, comfortable working in diverse and dynamic project teams
Able to combine conceptual thinking with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
Professional attitude with a client-oriented mindset
